Elar Quero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Blomkvist in the 10th minute of play. Blas Frances fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Elar Quero having to interfere. 14 minutes into the match, Peter Blomkvist had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Elar Quero. Dunamis's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Peter Blomkvist was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. In the 17th minute, Peter Blomkvist left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Jaime Iago hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After having played for 22 minutes, Peter Blomkvist managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Peter Blomkvist was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Lucjan Sowa in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nicasio Abad prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Dunamis booed when Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jaime Iago didn't get a good kick on the ball. 42 minutes into the match, Dunamis's Vinicio Bixintxo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nicasio Abad narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 43 minutes into the match, Dunamis's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Blomkvist came free, but Elar Quero reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 45 minutes Dunamis's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was William Lebigot who took care of the corner kick. Elar Quero didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥. When the final whistle sounded Monterrey ante el Mundo⛥ left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Dunamis.
