The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Atilano Benat showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 12th match minute, Dromes FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Branislav Vitev to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alin Cristaldo in the 17th minute of play forced Dromes FC's goalkeeper Atilano Benat to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilano Benat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Beltran in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Alin Cristaldo notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Dromes FC's Atilano Benat. Atilano Benat was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 27 played minutes Dromes FC got a freekick which was hit by Branislav Vitev. In the 29th minute Alin Cristaldo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Atilano Benat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Niklas Pedersson hit a great freekick 31 minutes into the match. 33 minutes into the match, Águilas Poblanas's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Lleir came free, but Alexandros Ismael reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Atilano Benat took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alin Cristaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eusebio Beltran in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. Dromes FC's Atilano Benat tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The Dromes FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Águilas Poblanas were winning 0-3.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Eusebio Beltran to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Dromes FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eusebio Beltran came free, but Atilano Benat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Dromes FC's goalkeeper Atilano Benat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Eusebio Beltran. Águilas Poblanas played a much better game than Dromes FC and deserved their victory. The Dromes FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
