After taking down the ball on Los Muñes de Don Cuco's corner Guaberto Jacindo fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Paulo Rosio quite easily take care of the ball. Nuralp Başdemir blasted a shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Paulo Rosio having to make a save. After a rather tough play, Los Muñes de Don Cuco's Everardo Dei got a free kick in the 19th minute. Baron Buffon came out of the goal in the 22nd minute to try and stop a shot by Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Conrado Mouricio. But to his dismay, Conrado Mouricio quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Paulo Rosio came out of the goal and Wilfredo Mero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Nuralp Başdemir made a kick off. Paulo Rosio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilfredo Mero in the 52nd minute of play. Wilfredo Mero received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Paulo Rosio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Arsenio Canor helped the player get up and apologised. In the 83rd match minute, Atletas Campesinos F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arsenio Canor to maneuver through the defense. With an all-out effort, Atletas Campesinos F.C.'s Baron Buffon threw himself towards the right post 85 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Luís Hernandez, which otherwise would have been placed in the net.
