In the 13th minute of the match, Turgut Soyuer tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Franc Merlot saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Luan Pombos short, quick shot in the 18thth minute got Franc Merlot to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Alex Elenescu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. David Abad showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alex Elenescu, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. TiGrEs Fx were awarded a corner in the 26th minute after Chinese CJ Youth Academy's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hugo Quintana took the corner. 27 minutes into the game, Luan Pombo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Franc Merlot. Luan Pombo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Turgut Soyuer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Franc Merlot made a huge save. Franc Merlot made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Tytus Orling sent off a good shot on target. After having played for 46 minutes, Alex Elenescu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TiGrEs Fx's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Elenescu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alex Elenescu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After 50 played minutes Chinese CJ Youth Academy got a freekick which was hit by Turgut Soyuer. In the 53rd minute, Turgut Soyuer left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. When Turgut Soyuer came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the Chinese CJ Youth Academy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Turgut Soyuer couldn't finish the play. Franc Merlot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tytus Orling in the 60th minute of play. In the 71st minute Su Jian Jie shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franc Merlot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. TiGrEs Fx's Gilberto Rancaño was substituted for Alex Elenescu. TiGrEs Fx's attentive Edgard Estevez managed to snatch the ball when Xu Yong Feng made a throw-in in the 75th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tytus Orling in the 77th minute of play forced TiGrEs Fx's goalkeeper Franc Merlot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a little luck, Chinese CJ Youth Academy's David Abad got control of the ball when Gilberto Rancaño tried to sneak it across the goal line. David Abad stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gilberto Rancaño's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Franc Merlot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tytus Orling, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xu Yong Feng in the 83rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franc Merlot saved TiGrEs Fx from getting behind. Franc Merlot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luan Pombo in the 88th minute of the match. Luan Pombo scored 3-0 in the 91st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Franc Merlot, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Chinese CJ Youth Academy fully deserved thier win.
