After a rather tough play, FC BAYBURT's Josef Schmitt got a free kick in the 24th minute. Jiang Shu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Åke Lindström in the 34th minute of the match. Jiang Shu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saulius Mikalajūnas in the 37th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Åke Lindström in the 38th minute of play forced FC BAYBURT's goalkeeper Jiang Shu to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 42nd minute the ball was on its way in behind FC BAYBURT's goalkeeper Jiang Shu, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 44thth minute of the game Victor Ortle who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC BAYBURT's Jiang Shu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Othello Simon was the one to do the kick off. Åke Lindström could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 52nd minute of the match, but Jiang Shu made a huge save. Damazy Mitus showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvain Grootaerts in the 53rd minute of the match. In the 55th minute, Beniamino Bergmann hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Lithuanian amber's Victor Ortle ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jiang Shu. Jiang Shu yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-1. Jiang Shu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Saulius Mikalajūnas in the 60th minute of the match. FC BAYBURT's Jiang Shu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Lindström in the 61st minute of play. Damazy Mitus made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Othello Simon in the 66th minute of play. Jiang Shu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Ortle in the 68th minute of play. Victor Ortle stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jiang Shu. 0-2. After a rather tough play, FC BAYBURT's 蒋松博 got a free kick in the 74th minute. Åke Lindström sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. FC BAYBURT's Jiang Shu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Åke Lindström in the 79th minute of play. In the 81stth minute of the game Åke Lindström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC BAYBURT's Jiang Shu was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 82 minutes into the match, FC BAYBURT's Othello Simon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Damazy Mitus narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Othello Simon came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the FC BAYBURT fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Othello Simon couldn't finish the play. When Lithuanian amber's Åke Lindström in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC BAYBURT's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in FC BAYBURT's zone, Osvaldo Bero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jiang Shu came out of the goal and Osvaldo Bero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, FC BAYBURT's Jiang Shu got control of the ball when Åke Lindström tried to sneak it across the goal line. The Lithuanian amber supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Lithuanian amber would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
