Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a rather tough play, FC Bestone 716's Hugo Loi got a free kick in the 9th minute. Alfredo Aguilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albertinho do Vale, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Rinto Kalla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nelson Haedo, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Alfredo Aguilar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertinho do Vale, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredo Aguilar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Necip Selman in the 16th minute of play. In the 18th minute Albertinho do Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Aguilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some careless play in the Club Olimpia defense, Albertinho do Vale kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Alfredo Aguilar. The Club Olimpia fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Alfredo Aguilar should have stopped the shot. 23 minutes into the game, Nelson Haedo recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rinto Kalla. Nelson Haedo showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. Rinto Kalla made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nelson Haedo in the 27th minute. Hulusi Temizkanoğlu hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Alfredo Aguilar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Necip Selman in the 30th minute of the match. Alfredo Aguilar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Necip Selman, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. In the 35th minute, Luís Fernando Duarte hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.
Club Olimpia's Edmund Lidberg was substituted for Rickard Soned. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edmundo Terra to strike the kick off in the second half. Nelson Haedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rinto Kalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 58th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Club Olimpia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nelson Haedo to maneuver through the defense. Luís Fernando Duarte fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 63rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rinto Kalla having to interfere. 65 minutes into the match, Club Olimpia's goal looked a bit too open when Albertinho do Vale came free, but Alfredo Aguilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nelson Haedo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rinto Kalla read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 66th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 70th minute, Nelson Haedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Olimpia's supporters rose to their feet, but Nelson Haedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rinto Kalla breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 72 minutes into the match, Club Olimpia's goal looked a bit too open when Necip Selman came free, but Alfredo Aguilar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute Nelson Haedo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rinto Kalla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Terra in the 75th minute of play forced Club Olimpia's goalkeeper Alfredo Aguilar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 85th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Bestone 716's goalkeeper Rinto Kalla, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 86th minute Edmundo Terra shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Aguilar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 90 minutes into the match, Nelson Haedo notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of FC Bestone 716's Rinto Kalla. Rinto Kalla was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. FC Bestone 716's Rinto Kalla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nelson Haedo in the 96th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Club Olimpia had won after a very even match.
