Ghostbusters CF's La Vela played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mo Qi Yu in the 22nd minute of play. La Vela made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlo Darrigrande in the 30th minute of play. After some careless play in the Ghostbusters CF defense, Carlo Darrigrande kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of La Vela. The Ghostbusters CF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that La Vela should have stopped the shot. After 45 played minutes ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆ got a freekick which was hit by Carlo Darrigrande. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Carlo Darrigrande made a kick off. La Vela showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carlo Darrigrande in the 54th minute of the match. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-3 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 89 minutes into the match, ChAяRuA ϒ KaяβoηEяO ☆'s Peter Swan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that La Vela narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Peter Swan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but La Vela read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 91st minute of play. In the 94th minute Lorenzo Garin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roberto Layton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
