Magne Gunnarsson had great luck who in the 5thth minute grab hold of the ball when Benito Lluterio from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rönnöfors FF's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Alejandro Chumacero was slow to take the kick. During this time Kalatakaya F.C.'s players had a chance to rest. Tonete Abaurre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Magne Gunnarsson made a huge save. Luis Galarza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Per Tunström in the 14th minute of the match. After 15 played minutes Rönnöfors FF got a freekick which was hit by Sten Hökqvist. When Tonete Abaurre came up free with the goalie in the 28th minute, the Kalatakaya F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tonete Abaurre couldn't finish the play. After 33 played minutes Kalatakaya F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Vali Romoşan. After some careless play in the Kalatakaya F.C. defense, Henry Fagerberg kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Luis Galarza. The Kalatakaya F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Luis Galarza should have stopped the shot. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Luis Galarza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Fagerberg in the 42nd minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Kalatakaya F.C. made a substitution. Luis Cristaldo replaced Aaron Gauargi. Kalatakaya F.C.'s Jair Reinoso was substituted for Moises Kelemen. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Benito Lluterio to make the kick off. Magne Gunnarsson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jair Reinoso, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 63rd minute Jair Reinoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Recep Guftar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 65th minute. Magne Gunnarsson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Recep Guftar in the 70th minute of play. Benito Lluterio kicked well hit freekick during the 72nd minute of the match. Magne Gunnarsson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Recep Guftar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The corner led Kalatakaya F.C.'s Alejandro Chumacero to fire away a dangerous shot which Magne Gunnarsson despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Henry Fagerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Luis Galarza tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Henry Fagerberg fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Galarza having to interfere. Ivar Häll kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. When the final whistle sounded Rönnöfors FF left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Kalatakaya F.C..
