Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Per Tunström in the 3rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Team Rocco defense, Per Tunström kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. The Team Rocco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Sven-Edvin Mårtensson should have stopped the shot. Alfred Samuelsson hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Henry Fagerberg in the 8th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Göran Unesson kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Magne Gunnarsson. That made the score 1-1 in the 9 minute of play. 18 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's goal looked a bit too open when Per Tunström came free, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 22 minutes, Per Tunström put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. An unexpectedly hard shot by Per Stenberg in the 25th minute of play forced Team Rocco's goalkeeper Sven-Edvin Mårtensson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tony Strandberg got free with Magne Gunnarsson in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Team Rocco were awarded a corner in the 27th minute after Rönnöfors FF's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Ralf Vase took the corner. 32 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's goal looked a bit too open when Per Tunström came free, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 32nd minute, Per Tunström left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rönnöfors FF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-3. In the 37th minute Allan Malmström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Magne Gunnarsson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the match, Rönnöfors FF's Per Tunström sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sven-Edvin Mårtensson narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute Per Tunström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 41 minutes, Per Stenberg managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rönnöfors FF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Per Stenberg was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 44 minutes into the match, Per Tunström had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sven-Edvin Mårtensson. Team Rocco's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Per Tunström was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4.

In the 53rd minute Per Tunström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 54 minutes into the match, Team Rocco's goal looked a bit too open when Per Tunström came free, but Sven-Edvin Mårtensson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Per Tunström's shot from short distance in the 55th minute. Henry Fagerberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Team Rocco made a substitution. Joel Lundström replaced Vilhelm Moberg. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfred Samuelsson in the 69th minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Per Tunström had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Per Tunström, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tony Strandberg in the 73rd minute of play forced Rönnöfors FF's goalkeeper Magne Gunnarsson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Per Tunström blasted a shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sven-Edvin Mårtensson having to make a save. Rönnöfors FF made a substitution. Sigvard Biörnberg replaced Olimpiu Mirciulescu. In the 78th minute, Sigvard Biörnberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 80th minute, Per Tunström ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-5. Rönnöfors FF's Magne Gunnarsson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Göran Unesson in the 83rd minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Rönnöfors FF's Per Tunström nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sven-Edvin Mårtensson made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-7. In the 90thth minute of the game Per Tunström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Team Rocco's Sven-Edvin Mårtensson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 92nd minute of the match, managed to save Team Rocco from getting a goal against them. After 96 played minutes Rönnöfors FF got a freekick which was hit by Edwin Ahlstedt. The Team Rocco supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Rönnöfors FF's performance. The match ended with a win for Rönnöfors FF.
