Gremio Viana's Samuel Fiúza played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wang Hong Le in the 14th minute of play. A sloppy throw-in by Amado Melo in the 16th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Ekskluzywni menele's Tytus Jajesniak. In the 20th minute Domingos Lencastre shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zbigniew Brudzisz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 23rd minute Wang Hong Le shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuel Fiúza saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Zbigniew Brudzisz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tony Påk, who was totally free with the ball in the 28th minute. After 30 minutes of play, Ekskluzywni menele's Wang Hong Le made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuel Fiúza was left in no man's land by his defense there! After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Domingos Lencastre managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gremio Viana's supporters rose to their feet, but Domingos Lencastre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zbigniew Brudzisz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The throw-in from Amado Melo in the 37th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Ekskluzywni menele's Tytus Jajesniak. 47 minutes into the match, Gremio Viana's goal looked a bit too open when Wang Hong Le came free, but Samuel Fiúza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Wang Hong Le made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Gremio Viana's Adalberto Leite got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Wang Hong Le blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Fiúza having to make a save. When the match had been going on for 59 minutes, Ekskluzywni menele's Paolo-César Maldini got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Samuel Fiúza. Wang Hong Le blasted a shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Samuel Fiúza having to make a save. Zbigniew Brudzisz stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Domingos Lencastre's shot from short distance in the 66th minute. Wang Hong Le might have been able to make a better finish in the 67th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Samuel Fiúza. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Wang Hong Le ran back to his position shaking his head. Samuel Fiúza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wang Hong Le in the 67th minute of play. Samuel Fiúza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wang Hong Le in the 70th minute of the match. When Gremio Viana's Domingos Lencastre in the 73rd minute got a chance for a shot 73rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The supporters of Ekskluzywni menele booed when Gremio Viana was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquim Paredes didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 95th minute, Jean Dantas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Samuel Fiúza was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-3. Ekskluzywni menele's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
