Enrique Cassaretto started the match with the kick off. George Forsyth took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Humberto Alcaraz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When CD Municipal's Enrique Cassaretto in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Enrique Cassaretto in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rune Söder saved Firma Barnängen from getting behind. 22 minutes into the game, Enrique Cassaretto recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rune Söder. Enrique Cassaretto showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. Enrique Cassaretto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Rune Söder made a huge save. Rune Söder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tulio Andinyach in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Enrique Cassaretto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CD Municipal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Enrique Cassaretto could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Rune Söder made a huge save. 43 minutes into the match, CD Municipal's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Alcaraz came free, but George Forsyth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 45th minute the ball was on its way in behind Firma Barnängen's goalkeeper Rune Söder, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mark Olsson to make the kick off. Vidar Gummeson kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. 70 minutes into the match, Oalo Dean notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Firma Barnängen's Rune Söder. Rune Söder was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, CD Municipal's Martino Armona got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Rune Söder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Oalo Dean in the 80th minute of play. Rune Söder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Oalo Dean went, in the 82nd minute, to the upper right corner, 5-0 was the resulting score.
