Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Anaia Barba started the match with the kick off. Firma Barnängen's Rune Söder played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Edson Recife in the 4th minute of play. After 11 minutes of play, Mexilhão F. C.'s Edson Recife made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rune Söder was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 14 played minutes Firma Barnängen got a freekick which was hit by Filipe Beradze. Rune Söder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ronaldinho Romero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Firma Barnängen's Humberto Alcaraz pulled a muscle in his leg after 22 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Arvin Larsson's late challenge caught a Firma Barnängen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arvin Larsson helped the player get up and apologised. Arvin Larsson hit a great freekick 24 minutes into the match. Matthias Ekström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Guga Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Pedrão Mello hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. The supporters of Firma Barnängen booed when Mexilhão F. C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arvin Larsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 40thth minute of the game Mark Olsson who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Mexilhão F. C.'s Guga Tavares was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 41 minutes had been played when some careless play by Mexilhão F. C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Matthias Ekström was slow to take the kick. During this time Firma Barnängen's players had a chance to rest. Firma Barnängen's Claes Carlsson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Guga Tavares in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mark Olsson stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Guga Tavares made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claes Carlsson in the 51st minute of play. Claes Carlsson received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Guga Tavares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A hard shot 56 in the game by Edson Recife from a close distance when the talented Rune Söder managed to make a qualified save. Firma Barnängen's players were relieved. After having played for 58 minutes, Claes Carlsson managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Firma Barnängen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Claes Carlsson was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Firma Barnängen's Claes Carlsson in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Mexilhão F. C.'s goalie prevented a goal. After 62 played minutes Mexilhão F. C. got a freekick which was hit by Cristiano Nogueira. 68 minutes in the game, Claes Carlsson dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 70 minutes into the game, Filipe Beradze was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Firma Barnängen's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mexilhão F. C. the free kick. Filipe Beradze kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Claes Carlsson shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Guga Tavares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Guga Tavares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filipe Beradze in the 76th minute of the match. If Mark Olsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 90th minute the ball was on its way in behind Mexilhão F. C.'s goalkeeper Guga Tavares, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched Mexilhão F. C. eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
