Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Thiago Gol in the 3rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Zachary Zacharzewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Florian Hekman kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Zachary Zacharzewski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jordy Dirks, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Maciej Bronder sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 16 minutes into the game, Thiago Gol cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Zachary Zacharzewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 29th minute of the match Halcon Sport 69 got a corner. SCs StarS's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zack Astridge ran over to the corner to take the kick. Thiago Gol blasted a shot towards the goal in the 34th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Zachary Zacharzewski having to make a save. 34 minutes into the match, Halcon Sport 69's goal looked a bit too open when Thiago Gol came free, but Zachary Zacharzewski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Thiago Gol managed to get in a good position for a shot. SCs StarS's supporters rose to their feet, but Thiago Gol was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zachary Zacharzewski breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jon Autran hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Jordy Dirks took the ball and in the 46 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zachary Zacharzewski. Zachary Zacharzewski dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

SCs StarS made a substitution. Henk Zijden replaced Edgar Reitsema. In the 56th minute Co Scholten shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zachary Zacharzewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Halcon Sport 69's Ederono Dozal got a free kick in the 59th minute. Zachary Zacharzewski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thiago Gol in the 60th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Thiago Gol's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zachary Zacharzewski was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. With a little luck, Halcon Sport 69's Zachary Zacharzewski got control of the ball when Jordy Dirks tried to sneak it across the goal line.
