The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Nannskog got free with Latif Hanif in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 19 minutes into the game, Saga TF's Daniel Nannskog nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Latif Hanif made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. In the 27th minute Saga TF were awarded a corner. Daniel Nannskog went to the cornerflag to take it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Truls Landsem got free with Latif Hanif in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With his leg Latif Hanif managed to avoid a goal in the 38thth minute, when Saga TF's Daniel Nannskog fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. The supporters of Poppy FC booed when Saga TF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Peter Lindberg didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arne Botnen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Latif Hanif having to interfere.
