The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Jacinto Nayely showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarle Westby, who was totally free with the ball in the 2nd minute. Daniel Nannskog took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 6th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Jacinto Nayely. Ciclista FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When Ciclista FC's Bo Dogel in 7 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Joachim Forseth guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. In the 9th match minute, Ciclista FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Vincent to maneuver through the defense. Jacinto Nayely showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jarle Westby, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 19 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Truls Landsem came free, but Jacinto Nayely reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 20th minute, Truls Landsem made a precise shot to the right of Jacinto Nayely. Ciclista FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Jacinto Nayely came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Saga TF's Jarle Westby. But to his dismay, Jarle Westby quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. If Jarle Westby had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 27 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarle Westby came free, but Jacinto Nayely reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Ciclista FC getting a freekick after 29 minutes play. Cenan Savlet hit a great ball. Jacinto Nayely made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jarle Westby in the 33rd minute of play. In the 35th minute Daniel Nannskog shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Nayely saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Nayely took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Truls Landsem, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Nayely didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jarle Westby went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. In the 44th minute, Daniel Nannskog ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacinto Nayely was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Joachim Forseth showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cenan Savlet, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-5.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jarle Westby to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Nannskog got free with Jacinto Nayely in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 51 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goalkeeper Jacinto Nayely had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Daniel Nannskog. Jacinto Nayely showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Truls Landsem, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Ciclista FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Daniel Nannskog was slow to take the kick. During this time Saga TF's players had a chance to rest. It was a well-played corner which Brian Laudrup managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 65th minute Bo Dogel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Joachim Forseth saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jacinto Nayely didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 66th minute, which inside left pole to 0-7. Daniel Nannskog fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacinto Nayely having to interfere. 74 minutes into the match, Truls Landsem had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacinto Nayely. Ciclista FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Truls Landsem was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-8. In the 78th minute, Truls Landsem reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jacinto Nayely. The goal made the score 0-9. Jacinto Nayely made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Peter Lindberg in the 81st minute of play. When the match clock showed 83 minutes, the score became 0-10 when Jarle Westby sped through Ciclista FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Jacinto Nayely. An unexpectedly hard shot by Esteban Ignado in the 87th minute of play forced Saga TF's goalkeeper Joachim Forseth to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Ciclista FC's goal looked a bit too open when Jarle Westby came free, but Jacinto Nayely reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Vincent's late challenge caught a Saga TF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Carlos Vincent helped the player get up and apologised. After 91 played minutes Ciclista FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Vincent. After a rather tough play, Ciclista FC's Dario Benedetto got a free kick in the 93rd minute. After 94 played minutes, Saga TF's Daniel Nannskog shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Jacinto Nayely came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Saga TF reached it. The crowd rose to their feet as Jarle Westby kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacinto Nayely. That made the score 0-11 in the 96 minute of play. Saga TF played a much better game than Ciclista FC and deserved their victory. The Ciclista FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
