In the 4thth minute of the game Stamatis Pegiadis who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Made in Honduras's Fulgencio Tolino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. A hard shot 5 in the game by Mike Tardy from a close distance when the talented Casper Hulsebos managed to make a qualified save. FC Real Leonana's players were relieved. Fulgencio Tolino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Stamatis Pegiadis, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. FC Real Leonana's Dong Quan pulled a muscle in his leg after 13 minutes and couldn't finish the game. Alan Brito's late challenge caught a FC Real Leonana's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alan Brito helped the player get up and apologised. FC Real Leonana's Carel van Zeggeren was substituted for Dong Quan. After a rather tough play, Made in Honduras's Alan Brito got a free kick in the 14th minute. FC Real Leonana's Stamatis Pegiadis got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Thijs Hermensen in the 20th minute of play forced Made in Honduras's goalkeeper Fulgencio Tolino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The nice shot from Mike Tardy in the 23rdth minute just in front of the goal should have ended in point on the board, but Casper Hulsebos had a great feel for the game and superbly saved the ball from getting in by the left post. In the 24th minute Made in Honduras were awarded a corner. Teodoro Ventura went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led Made in Honduras's Teodoro Ventura to fire away a dangerous shot which Casper Hulsebos despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. In the 30th minute of the match FC Real Leonana got a corner. Made in Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stamatis Pegiadis ran over to the corner to take the kick. Made in Honduras's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Teodoro Ventura in the 33rd minute. If Diego Ramos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 47th minute, Thijs Hermensen made a precise shot to the right of Fulgencio Tolino. Made in Honduras's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

FC Real Leonana's Casper Hulsebos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Diego Ramos in the 52nd minute of play. The audience was convinced that Stamatis Pegiadis's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Fulgencio Tolino was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Stamatis Pegiadis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Roy de Boer could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 61st minute of the match, but Fulgencio Tolino made a huge save. In the 70th minute of the match FC Real Leonana got a corner. Made in Honduras's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Stamatis Pegiadis ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, FC Real Leonana's Adriano Aparecido got a free kick in the 71st minute. A collision led to FC Real Leonana getting a freekick after 73 minutes play. Carel van Zeggeren hit a great ball. In the 74th minute of the match Teodoro Ventura shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Casper Hulsebos showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alan Brito in the 75th minute of play forced FC Real Leonana's goalkeeper Casper Hulsebos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 77 minutes, Stamatis Pegiadis put it in 0-5 from a short distance just to the right of Fulgencio Tolino. Made in Honduras made a substitution. Fabio Cetino replaced Diego Ramos. Made in Honduras's Timofej Bianchini was substituted for Abundio Carranza. 85 minutes had been played when some careless play by Made in Honduras's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Stamatis Pegiadis was slow to take the kick. During this time FC Real Leonana's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Stamatis Pegiadis got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Fulgencio Tolino quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fulgencio Tolino showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thijs Hermensen in the 88th minute of the match. Fulgencio Tolino came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Real Leonana's Jan Hendrik Paas. But to his dismay, Jan Hendrik Paas quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Roy de Boer fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fulgencio Tolino having to interfere.
