After having played for 3 minutes, López Heredia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Teodelina FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but López Heredia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Franko Armani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Tanek Nakoneczny made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from López Heredia in the 8th minute of play. Tanek Nakoneczny didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from López Heredia went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. López Heredia's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tanek Nakoneczny read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. Teodelina FC's Luca Savinov was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tanek Nakoneczny in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lopez Arrillaga in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Franko Armani saved Teodelina FC from getting behind. In the 22nd minute, Luca Savinov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tanek Nakoneczny stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of López Heredia's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. After 36 minutes Phoenix Fireball SE's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Luca Savinov who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Luca Savinov almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Phoenix Fireball SE's Tanek Nakoneczny did a great save. Phoenix Fireball SE's Tanek Nakoneczny played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luca Savinov in the 37th minute of play. 43 minutes into the match, López Heredia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tanek Nakoneczny. Phoenix Fireball SE's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that López Heredia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. After 47 played minutes Phoenix Fireball SE got a freekick which was hit by Milán Seres. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lopez Arrillaga made a kick off. Franko Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lopez Arrillaga, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. In the 53rd minute of the match Phoenix Fireball SE got a corner. Teodelina FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Milán Seres ran over to the corner to take the kick. In the 55th minute Lopez Arrillaga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Franko Armani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Ernest Gascoin fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Teodelina FC's protests and gave Ernest Gascoin a yellow card for diving instead. Ernest Gascoin hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Phoenix Fireball SE's Gábor Takács was substituted for Jiang De Yi. A collision led to Teodelina FC getting a freekick after 60 minutes play. Ernest Gascoin hit a great ball. Franko Armani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sándor Toldi in the 61st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Metin Keçeci in the 66th minute of play forced Teodelina FC's goalkeeper Franko Armani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Franko Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sándor Toldi, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 73rd minute, Teodelina FC's López Heredia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Teodelina FC made a substitution. Silvano Baladi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 80th minute of the match, but Tanek Nakoneczny made a huge save. Metin Keçeci hit a great freekick 88 minutes into the match. Siro Porfiro hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. 90 minutes into the match, Teodelina FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sándor Toldi came free, but Franko Armani reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute Phoenix Fireball SE were awarded a corner. Milán Seres went to the cornerflag to take it. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
