Luizinho Paranaense took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gunvald Mitens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A hard shot 8 in the game by Boruc Spychalski from a close distance when the talented Ted Kobbeltvedt managed to make a qualified save. FC Drik's players were relieved. A collision led to Juventus Telford getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Konstanty Dubiel hit a great ball. In the 16th minute, Juventus Telford's Seth Gill dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. After 18 played minutes FC Drik got a freekick which was hit by Willy Reitoft. The long shot by José Liamthaisong in the 20th minute really tested Ted Kobbeltvedt's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 21 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when José Liamthaisong came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 22 minutes, Kenneth Van Hoeijveldt mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Juventus Telford and the FC Drik players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Juventus Telford was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kenneth Van Hoeijveldt to maneuver through the defense. If Gunvald Mitens had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt got control of the ball when José Liamthaisong tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from José Liamthaisong in the 31st minute of the match. Ted Kobbeltvedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from José Liamthaisong in the 31st minute of play. FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Liamthaisong in the 32nd minute of play. In the 34th minute, Boruc Spychalski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Ted Kobbeltvedt was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. Ted Kobbeltvedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cälal Elxanov in the 38th minute of play. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cälal Elxanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save FC Drik from getting a goal against them. In the 48th minute, Cälal Elxanov reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ted Kobbeltvedt. The goal made the score 4-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

A collision led to FC Drik getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Ernst Barskov hit a great ball. After 57th play minutes José Liamthaisong shot 5-0, a short shot which went by Ted Kobbeltvedt and just under the crossbar into goal. Boruc Spychalski received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Ted Kobbeltvedt tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when Boruc Spychalski came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the game, Juventus Telford's Cälal Elxanov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ted Kobbeltvedt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. Willy Reitoft hit a great freekick 86 minutes into the match. Hemming Glykær received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Luizinho Paranaense tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, FC Drik's Ayvaz Taşkesen got a free kick in the 93rd minute. In the 94th minute, Denis Schubring hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ted Kobbeltvedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cälal Elxanov, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. After 98 minutes of play, Juventus Telford's Cälal Elxanov made it 8-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Ted Kobbeltvedt was left in no man's land by his defense there! Juventus Telford walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
