In the 6th minute, Gu Xiao Hai hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 7 minutes into the match, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's goalkeeper Lucas Blöcker had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Torstein Solli. In the 8th minute Joakim Damm shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gjermund Aabel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lucas Blöcker made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hans-Kristian Aanes in the 11th minute of play. In the 14th minute of the match AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB got a corner. Sagene IF's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Oğuz Riayet ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Oğuz Riayet to fire away a dangerous shot which Gjermund Aabel despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Lucas Blöcker made an important save on a dangerous shot by Torstein Solli in the 16th minute. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB made a substitution. Damian Argina replaced Corey Alonso. The corner ended in Wang Zhen Tian almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Lucas Blöcker did a great save. In the 27th minute Sagene IF were awarded a corner. Wang Zhen Tian went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on Sagene IF's corner Wang Zhen Tian fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Lucas Blöcker quite easily take care of the ball. Lucas Blöcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hans-Kristian Aanes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Joakim Damm took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gjermund Aabel. Gjermund Aabel dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 33 played minutes AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Gu Xiao Hai. Gjermund Aabel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joakim Damm, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Oğuz Riayet got a free kick in the 36th minute. In the 40th minute, Joakim Damm left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. If Damian Argina had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 played minutes Sagene IF got a freekick which was hit by Christer Claussen. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Joakim Damm to make the kick off. In the 52nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Sagene IF's goalkeeper Gjermund Aabel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Gjermund Aabel stood somewhat misplaced when Joakim Damm came free in front of goal and shot 0-4 to the left of him in the 56 minute. After some careless play in the Sagene IF defense, Joakim Damm kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gjermund Aabel. The Sagene IF fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gjermund Aabel should have stopped the shot. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Lucas Blöcker played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Torstein Solli in the 63rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joakim Damm in the 69th minute of play forced Sagene IF's goalkeeper Gjermund Aabel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gjermund Aabel had in the 74thth minute some difficulties stopping Joakim Damm's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. In the 76th match minute, Sagene IF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Stewart Kuoni to maneuver through the defense. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB made a substitution. Benjy Benton replaced Joakim Damm. AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB's Ermegildo Oliverio was substituted for Carlisle Mcmillan. In the 77th minute, Stewart Kuoni hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benjy Benton's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gjermund Aabel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 81st minute of play. A collision led to AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Gu Xiao Hai hit a great ball. Lucas Blöcker took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from William Knutsen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 96 minutes into the match, Benjy Benton dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Gjermund Aabel, 0-6. The AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing AUSTRAL BOWLING CLUB would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
