The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 11 minutes into the match, tHe SOnS of rAGnar's goal looked a bit too open when Richard Fredriksson came free, but José Sá reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Bullen's Kurt Pååk managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Karl-Åke Norling in the 13 minute of the game. The FC Bullen fans' excitement grew in the 14th match minute when FC Bullen's Richard Fredriksson looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 18 minutes into the match, Walter Giardino notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FC Bullen's Toni Schumacher. Toni Schumacher was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. tHe SOnS of rAGnar's José Sá played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Richard Fredriksson in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, FC Bullen's Richard Fredriksson sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that José Sá narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 43rd minute, Richard Fredriksson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Tord Hökkvist hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The FC Bullen fans cheered their team off the field, for while tHe SOnS of rAGnar had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
