The crowd rose to their feet as FA Sandtown's Benoit Van Bettenrode slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Nistor Maghiar. That made the score 1-0 after 3 minutes of play. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 11th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Benoit Van Bettenrode came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vlad Tepes hit a great freekick 22 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 25th minute of play forced Minerul Baita -MM-'s goalkeeper Nistor Maghiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. FA Sandtown's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Radomil Barys in the 27th minute. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 30th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 32nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Nistor Maghiar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The audience was convinced that Benoit Van Bettenrode's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nistor Maghiar was relentless in the 33rd minute of the game. Nistor Maghiar made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 35th minute of play. In the 37th minute Gordon Miner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Radowit Trzaskoma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Allan Shearer kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Sebastian Larsson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. FA Sandtown's Gwidon Niezywy quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Rareș Comișel, made in the 42nd minute of the game. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Nistor Maghiar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benoit Van Bettenrode in the 44th minute of play. After 45 played minutes Minerul Baita -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Frederik Dhondt. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Benoit Van Bettenrode was the one to do the kick off. Nistor Maghiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. In the 55th minute, Benoit Van Bettenrode got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 59 minutes into the match, FA Sandtown's Benoit Van Bettenrode sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Nistor Maghiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Benoit Van Bettenrode took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Nistor Maghiar. Nistor Maghiar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. FA Sandtown's Aleksander Kissel was substituted for Benoit Van Bettenrode. The audience was convinced that Aleksander Kissel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nistor Maghiar was relentless in the 69th minute of the game. In the 74th minute, Aleksander Kissel ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Nistor Maghiar was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-0. If Sebastian Larsson had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to FA Sandtown getting a freekick after 81 minutes play. Aleksander Kissel hit a great ball. Nistor Maghiar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sebastian Larsson, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a defensive mix-up in Minerul Baita -MM-'s zone, Aleksander Kissel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nistor Maghiar came out of the goal and Aleksander Kissel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 88 minutes into the match, Minerul Baita -MM-'s goal looked a bit too open when Aleksander Kissel came free, but Nistor Maghiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FA Sandtown had won after a very even match.
