Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Patrik Skark in the 17th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Edwin van der Sar prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When the match had gone on for 17 minutes, Patrik Skark put it in 1-0 from a short distance just to the right of Edwin van der Sar. União Sport Clube Paredes's Jerónimo Furtado was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Angel-Enrique Comizzo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Angel-Enrique Comizzo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Santana in the 28th minute of the match. Alf Björk's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 29thth minute, Edwin van der Sar skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dabi Saens in the 30th minute of play forced Blue Angels's goalkeeper Angel-Enrique Comizzo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Edwin van der Sar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Markus Berg in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alf Björk got free with Edwin van der Sar in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Angel-Enrique Comizzo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 2-3.

Angel-Enrique Comizzo yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-4. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. União Sport Clube Paredes walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
