LIVERPOOL FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ahmet Hasan Keyfer was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. FC MeHigh's Frank Frankfurter played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Aurel Corlățean in the 28th minute of play. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. LIVERPOOL FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal.
Qian Ying Lang took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Traian Curuțiu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cosmin Onișoru's late challenge caught a FC MeHigh's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in LIVERPOOL FC's zone, Edgardo Dalmai stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Qian Ying Lang came out of the goal and Edgardo Dalmai tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. FC MeHigh's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
