The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Liam Farrell made in the 3rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cihangir Onsoy. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Claudiu Răducanu in the 5th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Anatole Nielispach prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After a defensive mix-up in Palestine's zone, Claudiu Răducanu stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Anatole Nielispach came out of the goal and Claudiu Răducanu tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The crowd rose to their feet as MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Anatole Nielispach. That made the score 1-0 after 15 minutes of play. In the 24th minute, MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. Doğan Neşet made in the 31st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by MARAZZINO's Svetomir Maier. When MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu in the 32nd minute got a chance for a shot 32nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palestine's goalie prevented a goal. Lütfü Öktemer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bumin Onursev in the 38th minute of play. In the 40th minute, MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Anatole Nielispach. Anatole Nielispach yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0.

The wind increased when Cihangir Onsoy made the kick off in the second half. Claudiu Răducanu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Anatole Nielispach read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Anatole Nielispach took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Claudiu Răducanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. MARAZZINO were awarded a corner in the 55th minute after Palestine's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Claudiu Răducanu took the corner. A very nice done corner allowed Rain Bow to score against Anatole Nielispach in Palestine's goal. 4-0 after 55 minutes. Claudiu Răducanu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 73rd match minute, Palestine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mustafa Emrah Yeten to maneuver through the defense. Arman Miran took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 73rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Anatole Nielispach. Palestine's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, Palestine's goal looked a bit too open when Dacian Zburliş came free, but Anatole Nielispach reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Claudiu Răducanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The MARAZZINO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 6-0. Dacian Zburliş sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lütfü Öktemer made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cihangir Onsoy in the 82nd minute. Mustafa Emrah Yeten was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 84 minutes into the match. The supporters of MARAZZINO booed when Palestine was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mustafa Emrah Yeten didn't get a good kick on the ball. Arman Miran blasted a shot towards the goal in the 85th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Anatole Nielispach having to make a save. When MARAZZINO's Claudiu Răducanu in the 90th minute got a chance for a shot 90th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Palestine's goalie prevented a goal. In the 92nd match minute, Palestine was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Savaşer Ayana to maneuver through the defense. Anatole Nielispach showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Arman Miran in the 92nd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Claudiu Răducanu in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Anatole Nielispach saved Palestine from getting behind. Palestine's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
