Samuel Hall kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mădălin Cangeopol in the 6th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Walter Zenga saved Scorpions -MM- from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Mădălin Cangeopol in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Walter Zenga prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 7th minute Mădălin Cangeopol shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Walter Zenga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 9 minutes had been played when some careless play by Scorpions -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ovidiu Șişman was slow to take the kick. During this time Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s players had a chance to rest. Walter Zenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Claudiu Fecioru, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Scorpions -MM-'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ovidiu Șişman was slow to take the kick. During this time Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s players had a chance to rest. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Sorin Hurdubețiu got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 2-0. 14 minutes into the match. Panait Vâtcu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Numan Tanuğur in the 20th minute of play. After 24 played minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Hurdubețiu. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Ovidiu Șişman in the 36th minute. Claudiu Fecioru was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. Walter Zenga stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mădălin Cangeopol's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Costel Ţintă might have been able to make a better finish in the 40th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Panait Vâtcu. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Costel Ţintă ran back to his position shaking his head. Mădălin Cangeopol kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. 46 minutes into the game, Sorin Hurdubețiu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scorpions -MM- the free kick. After 46 played minutes Tractorul Satulung -MM- got a freekick which was hit by Sorin Hurdubețiu. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Numan Tanuğur to strike the kick off in the second half. Walter Zenga didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Sorin Hurdubețiu shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 3-0 in the ordered_time% minute. Panait Vâtcu didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Sergiu Golescu went, in the 58th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mădălin Cangeopol in the 64th minute of play forced Scorpions -MM-'s goalkeeper Walter Zenga to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Walter Zenga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mădălin Cangeopol, who was totally free with the ball in the 66th minute. If Mădălin Cangeopol had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 71st minute of the game. One of Scorpions -MM-:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tractorul Satulung -MM-:s goal. The supporters of Tractorul Satulung -MM- booed when Scorpions -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexandru Zăvoiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexandru Zăvoiu kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Walter Zenga was left in no man's land by his defense there! Tractorul Satulung -MM-'s Panait Vâtcu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergiu Golescu in the 94th minute of play. A collision led to Tractorul Satulung -MM- getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Heintje Gamarra hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Tractorul Satulung -MM- had played much better football throughout.
