Ernest Cazimir made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Popcorn Miner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ernest Cazimir stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Popcorn Miner's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Constantin Udubaşa kicked well hit freekick during the 20th minute of the match. In the 25th minute of the match CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM got a corner. Simared -MM-'s goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Dodorol Miner ran over to the corner to take the kick. 31 minutes in the game, Popcorn Miner fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Ernest Cazimir having to interfere. Helmuth Miner made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adam Boșneag in the 37th minute of play. Ernest Cazimir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Brașoveanu, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Narcis Dragalina stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Dodorol Miner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Cazimir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ernest Cazimir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Popcorn Miner, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Simared -MM-'s Leonard Ghiță was substituted for Virgil Dulgherescu. Popcorn Miner sent away a hard shot on goal in the 66th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. Popcorn Miner might have been able to make a better finish in the 77th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ernest Cazimir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Popcorn Miner ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 80thth minute of the game Popcorn Miner who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Simared -MM-'s Ernest Cazimir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, CS Minerul 03 CAVNIC ⚒ MM's Helmuth Miner got control of the ball when Narcis Dragalina tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Popcorn Miner in the 86th minute of play forced Simared -MM-'s goalkeeper Ernest Cazimir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 86th minute Popcorn Miner shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ernest Cazimir saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simula Miner charged in rather forcefully in the 93rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
