Epifanio Iratzeder made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gustavo-Hernán Egoi in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Antim Drashanski ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Kepa Arrizabalaga was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. In the 28th minute Antim Drashanski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kepa Arrizabalaga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Kepa Arrizabalaga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antim Drashanski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gustavo-Hernán Egoi struck a weak shot in the 33rd minute. Epifanio Iratzeder didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka. Maximino Pudes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Kepa Arrizabalaga made a huge save. With a little luck, Sportivo Smirnoff Vodka's Kepa Arrizabalaga got control of the ball when Antim Drashanski tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aaron Jokin's shot from long distance was a real pearl which went to the right and just passed Epifanio Iratzeder - 1-3 was put on the score board in the 44th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Pedro Ochoa was the one to do the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gustavo-Hernán Egoi in the 52nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Epifanio Iratzeder saved Barsa FC from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 55th minute, Gustavo-Hernán Egoi managed to get in a good position for a shot.
