Vilius Gudavičius in the 17thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. In the 24th minute of the match Tacheros de Buenos Aires got a corner. the xeneise dream team's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Zbyszek Scigan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Rolando Guilabertus getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mattin Solbeida in the 26th minute of play forced the xeneise dream team's goalkeeper Sabin Pânzaru to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 29th minute the xeneise dream team were awarded a corner. Andoni Paut went to the cornerflag to take it. Andoni Paut made a great header on the xeneise dream team's corner, it was just that Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Gregorio Lehior managed to reach the ball for a save. After a rather tough play, Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Zbyszek Scigan got a free kick in the 70th minute. Gregorio Lehior made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Eutor in the 79th minute of play. In the 83rdth minute of the game Paolo Eutor who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tacheros de Buenos Aires's Gregorio Lehior was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Faustão Melo came up free with the goalie in the 89th minute, the Tacheros de Buenos Aires fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Faustão Melo couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Eutor in the 92nd minute of play forced Tacheros de Buenos Aires's goalkeeper Gregorio Lehior to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Paolo Eutor advanced and headed the ball into goal, 0-3 in the 94th minute. The the xeneise dream team players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
