Romulo Jon was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rolando Jax took the ball and in the 7 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Romulo Jon. Romulo Jon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. The supporters of Rafaela FC booed when EL PEPO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximo Bide didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nico Veit's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Romulo Jon read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. After 13 played minutes EL PEPO FC got a freekick which was hit by Elvio Rainerio. In the 16th minute Octavio Gonzo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romulo Jon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Octavio Gonzo in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Romulo Jon saved EL PEPO FC from getting behind. The corner ended in Nico Veit almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but EL PEPO FC's Romulo Jon did a great save. EL PEPO FC's Romulo Jon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio in the 29th minute of play. Rafaela FC's Inocencio Veronica played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Samuel Sotero in the 30th minute of play. EL PEPO FC's Romulo Jon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Octavio Gonzo in the 32nd minute of play. In the 35th minute, Octavio Gonzo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gaspar Fernendo couldn't finish the play. Octavio Gonzo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio in the 42nd minute of play forced EL PEPO FC's goalkeeper Romulo Jon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The wind increased when Elvio Rainerio made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Rafaela FC's Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Romulo Jon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 55 minutes into the game, Rolando Jax lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Romulo Jon. Rafaela FC's Rodrigo-Sebastian Palacio got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in EL PEPO FC's zone, Octavio Gonzo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Romulo Jon came out of the goal and Octavio Gonzo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rafaela FC made a substitution. Humberto Bihar replaced Leonides Tajo. The Rafaela FC fans' excitement grew in the 65th match minute when Rafaela FC's Octavio Gonzo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-7 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Romulo Jon didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rafaela FC. The supporters of Rafaela FC booed when EL PEPO FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gaspar Fernendo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Romulo Jon came out of the goal in the 94th minute to try and stop a shot by Rafaela FC's Octavio Gonzo. But to his dismay, Octavio Gonzo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-9. Rafaela FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
