In the 22nd minute, Gugu de Mendonça reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of 张常阳. The goal made the score 2-1. Lucio Abajas got a throw-in 29 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Gugu de Mendonça. Ariel Venerando made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Venancio Salvino in the 30th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Venancio Salvino in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ariel Venerando saved Road To Glory from getting behind.
