Marcelo Armani was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Iisakki Hilden could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Dong Zhen Song made a huge save. Dong Zhen Song showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thomás Barral in the 14th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the match, Cabezones's goal looked a bit too open when Thomás Barral came free, but Dong Zhen Song reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcelo Armani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eriberto Oso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thomás Barral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The audience was convinced that Thomás Barral's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dong Zhen Song was relentless in the 28th minute of the game. 28 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Rejunte de perros's Thomás Barral fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Dong Zhen Song made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Thomás Barral sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Eriberto Oso's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marcelo Armani was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. Rejunte de perros's Marcelo Armani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eriberto Oso in the 35th minute of play. If Thomás Barral had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 38th minute Thomás Barral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dong Zhen Song saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dong Zhen Song had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Thomás Barral's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Thomás Barral's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dong Zhen Song read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 41st minute of play. 41 minutes into the match, Thomás Barral dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Dong Zhen Song, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Thomás Barral made the kick off in the second half. Marcelo Armani showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raf Feys, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Dong Zhen Song didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Thomás Barral went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Dong Zhen Song took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Thomás Barral, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Cabezones's Dong Zhen Song played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thomás Barral in the 60th minute of play. 73 minutes into the match, Cabezones's goal looked a bit too open when Rogelio Funes Mori came free, but Dong Zhen Song reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Dong Zhen Song was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 94th minute, Rogelio Funes Mori ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dong Zhen Song was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-1. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rejunte de perros fans cheered their team off the field, for while Cabezones had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
