An unexpectedly hard shot by Eray Bilen in the 4th minute of play forced Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Rafael Refugio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Gryffindor Lions defense, Eray Bilen kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Refugio. The Gryffindor Lions fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Refugio should have stopped the shot. Rafael Refugio made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Moises Cilio sent off a good shot on target. In the 18th minute, Lunatico F.C's Moises Cilio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafael Refugio. Rafael Refugio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Rafael Refugio was a little too slow when Moises Cilio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 24th minute. The score was now 3-0. In the 28th minute, Lunatico F.C's Moises Cilio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Rafael Refugio. Rafael Refugio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. Damián Andres hit a great freekick 32 minutes into the match. Santiago Gaizko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fidel Rami in the 38th minute of the match. 39 minutes into the match, Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Rafael Refugio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Moises Cilio. Fidel Rami recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 44th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vinicio Quirze during the 45th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Fidel Rami to make the kick off. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jouke Krol in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rafael Refugio prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Rafael Refugio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rafael Refugio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jouke Krol in the 86th minute of the match. Lunatico F.C's Celso Berdoi was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rafael Refugio in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Amador Perico took the ball and in the 95 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rafael Refugio. Rafael Refugio dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Lunatico F.C fully deserved thier win.
