Rafael Refugio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Moises Cilio in the 3rd minute of play. Moises Cilio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 4th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rafael Refugio having to make a save. 4 minutes into the match, Gryffindor Lions's goal looked a bit too open when Moises Cilio came free, but Rafael Refugio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Moises Cilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Rafael Refugio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Moises Cilio, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Lunatico F.C were awarded a corner in the 9th minute after Gryffindor Lions's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Moises Cilio took the corner. The corner ended in Moises Cilio almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Gryffindor Lions's Rafael Refugio did a great save. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Gryffindor Lions's goalkeeper Rafael Refugio, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 14th minute, Bartolo Cordero hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some careless play in the Gryffindor Lions defense, Moises Cilio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rafael Refugio. The Gryffindor Lions fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rafael Refugio should have stopped the shot. If Moises Cilio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 31st minute Pablo Calixto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Gaizko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Santiago Gaizko made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauricio Eneas in the 33rd minute. Santiago Gaizko showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mauricio Eneas in the 33rd minute of the match. Moises Cilio's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rafael Refugio read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 37th minute, Rosendo Sanson ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rafael Refugio was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. After 40 minutes, Bartolo Cordero mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Gryffindor Lions and the Lunatico F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 44th minute, Fidel Rami hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 47th minute Fidel Rami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santiago Gaizko saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Moises Cilio made a kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Lunatico F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Fidel Rami came free, but Santiago Gaizko reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Santiago Gaizko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Mosen, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 58th minute, Moises Cilio got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Moises Cilio received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rafael Refugio came out and tried to block the shot, but Moises Cilio slotted it home off the left post making it 0-3 in the 60th minute. Lunatico F.C's Moises Cilio got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Lunatico F.C's Anıl Timurtas was substituted for Eray Bilen. Lunatico F.C's Jouke Krol was substituted for Moises Cilio. Vinicio Quirze's late challenge caught a Lunatico F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Vinicio Quirze helped the player get up and apologised. Santiago Gaizko showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulises Mosen, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulises Mosen in the 81st minute of play forced Lunatico F.C's goalkeeper Santiago Gaizko to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 84thth minute of the game Jouke Krol who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Gryffindor Lions's Rafael Refugio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Rafael Refugio stood somewhat misplaced when Amador Perico came free in front of goal and shot 0-5 to the left of him in the 87 minute. Jouke Krol did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 0-6 to the left of a surprised Rafael Refugio 91 minutes into the match. Jouke Krol scored 0-7 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Refugio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot.
