In the last second Juras Dudek throw himself and got hold of the ball when Cecilio Tristan in the 3rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Abuba Akotonon FC were awarded a corner in the 5th minute after FIFA2024's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Genaro Elivareo took the corner. The goalkeeper smacked the ball away after a great corner, but Cecilio Tristan advanced and headed the ball into goal, 1-0 in the 5th minute. After a rather tough play, Abuba Akotonon FC's J.J Okocha got a free kick in the 8th minute. Juras Dudek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 10th minute. 18 minutes had been played when some careless play by Abuba Akotonon FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Mugur Lițu was slow to take the kick. During this time FIFA2024's players had a chance to rest. Abuba Akotonon FC's Hugo Orlando Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kyle Mbappè in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute FIFA2024 were awarded a corner. Mugur Lițu went to the cornerflag to take it. Kyle Mbappè received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Hugo Orlando Gatti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute Cecilio Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juras Dudek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 32nd minute of play forced FIFA2024's goalkeeper Juras Dudek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cecilio Tristan in the 34thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Juras Dudek, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. With a little luck, FIFA2024's Juras Dudek got control of the ball when Cecilio Tristan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Hugo Orlando Gatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Kyle Mbappè in the 46th minute of the match. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

In the 51st minute, J.J Okocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Abuba Akotonon FC's Hugo Orlando Gatti proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 63rd minute of the match, managed to save Abuba Akotonon FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cecilio Tristan in the 65th minute of play forced FIFA2024's goalkeeper Juras Dudek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Cecilio Tristan came up free with the goalie in the 69th minute, the Abuba Akotonon FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cecilio Tristan couldn't finish the play. Juras Dudek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cecilio Tristan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 72nd minute Cecilio Tristan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Juras Dudek saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Hugo Orlando Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kyle Mbappè in the 78th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rene Sanson during the 87th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 88 played minutes Abuba Akotonon FC got a freekick which was hit by Rene Sanson. J.J Okocha made in the 93rd minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FIFA2024's Angelo Hibai. Clark Kent recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. FIFA2024's Clark Kent got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
