David Dewulf was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in The Waldos's zone, Julius Klačko stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Dewulf came out of the goal and Julius Klačko tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With his leg Görkem Tokdemir managed to avoid a goal in the 11thth minute, when The Waldos's Kazimierz Madajczyk fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 20th minute Julius Klačko shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Dewulf saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the match, The Waldos's goal looked a bit too open when Julius Klačko came free, but David Dewulf reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Görkem Tokdemir showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Prudencio Isias in the 27th minute of the match. The Waldos's David Dewulf played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julius Klačko in the 29th minute of play. 30 minutes into the match, La MaKina del Parque's goalkeeper Görkem Tokdemir had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marin Ştefănescu. Cristian Pero charged in rather forcefully in the 35th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down.
