Pincha FC's Carlos Quentin proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Pincha FC from getting a goal against them. If Ruperto Bide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 13th minute Marcial Roldanillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cipriano Urbasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Agustin Silvino, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcial Roldanillo in the 17th minute of play forced Gunners's goalkeeper Cipriano Urbasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 20 minutes into the match, Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Agustin Silvino came free, but Cipriano Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Victorio Gregory came free with the goalkeeper in the 26th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Carlos Quentin could save by the left post. In the 28th minute of the match Gunners got a corner. Pincha FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Mauricio Mingo ran over to the corner to take the kick. 31 minutes into the match, Gunners's goal looked a bit too open when Marcial Roldanillo came free, but Cipriano Urbasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Carlos Quentin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ruperto Bide in the 42nd minute of the match. Carlos Quentin made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ruperto Bide in the 44th minute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Marcial Roldanillo made a kick off. Victorio Gregory fired away a difficult shot at goal in the 53rd minute. He almost succeeded, but the ball went over. It was a very nice shot. Cipriano Urbasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Agustin Silvino in the 55th minute. Pincha FC's Carlos Quentin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Bide in the 60th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Agustin Silvino's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cipriano Urbasa was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. Cipriano Urbasa made a fantastic save in the 64th minute, when Agustin Silvino sent off a good shot on target. Pincha FC made a substitution. Brian Nuñez replaced Everardo Garaile. Victorio Hondo kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 71st minute Agustin Silvino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Carlos Quentin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ruperto Bide, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Pincha FC's Darren McDonald was substituted for Carlos-Salvador Bilardo. After 77 played minutes Gunners got a freekick which was hit by Victorio Gregory. German Merexildo hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. Marcial Roldanillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 86th minute of the match, but Cipriano Urbasa made a huge save. Cipriano Urbasa was a little too slow when Agustin Silvino got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 87th minute. The score was now 0-1. After 91 played minutes Pincha FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Carrascal. In the 93rd minute Marcial Roldanillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cipriano Urbasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 94 minutes into the game, Eulalio Sadurni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gunners's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pincha FC the free kick. A collision led to Gunners getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Eulalio Sadurni hit a great ball. 95 minutes into the game, Eustacio Farias was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gunners's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Pincha FC the free kick. A collision led to Gunners getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Eustacio Farias hit a great ball. Sergio Macerio could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but Cipriano Urbasa made a huge save. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Pincha FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
