The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 8th minute, Marciano Min made a precise shot to the right of Epifanio Guerrero. alvarado's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Napoleon Dziedelonis showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from William Garsby in the 10th minute of the match. If Marciano Min had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. alvarado's Epifanio Guerrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marciano Min in the 15th minute of play. The supporters of Zuberbühler FC booed when alvarado was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Semeno didn't get a good kick on the ball. Napoleon Dziedelonis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Esteban Đido in the 20th minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Marciano Min dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Epifanio Guerrero, 2-0. 27 minutes into the game, Marciano Min cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Epifanio Guerrero was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. With his leg Epifanio Guerrero managed to avoid a goal in the 42ndth minute, when Zuberbühler FC's Marciano Min fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Teofilo Oskitz hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After some careless play in the alvarado defense, Marciano Min kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Epifanio Guerrero. The alvarado fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Epifanio Guerrero should have stopped the shot.

Zuberbühler FC made a substitution. Jonathan Iruinea replaced Marciano Min. Zuberbühler FC's Florentino Lastur was substituted for Cirilo Ebardo. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Esteban Đido to make the kick off. alvarado's Epifanio Guerrero played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Florentino Lastur in the 59th minute of play. Epifanio Guerrero took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Florentino Lastur, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. William Garsby recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 62nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 63rd minute Jonathan Iruinea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Epifanio Guerrero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 66 minutes had been played when some careless play by alvarado's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Jonathan Iruinea was slow to take the kick. During this time Zuberbühler FC's players had a chance to rest. Zuberbühler FC's Napoleon Dziedelonis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Garsby in the 69th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Saul Baumer in the 80th minute of play forced alvarado's goalkeeper Epifanio Guerrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 82 played minutes Zuberbühler FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonathan Iruinea. alvarado's Berk Tümerk was substituted for Esteban Đido. alvarado's Abel Bordat was substituted for Teofilo Oskitz. The supporters of alvarado booed when Zuberbühler FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 84 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Iruinea didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jonathan Iruinea blasted a shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Epifanio Guerrero having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Berk Tümerk in the 89th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Napoleon Dziedelonis saved Zuberbühler FC from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jonathan Iruinea in the 96th minute of play forced alvarado's goalkeeper Epifanio Guerrero to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Zuberbühler FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while alvarado had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
