The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 7 minutes of play, PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's Sami Ozan made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomé Mota was left in no man's land by his defense there! Arslan Sağan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ernani Valladares in the 10th minute of play. The supporters of PreZiDenT SaRuMaN booed when Agua Santa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sidney da Mata didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 15th minute, Frank Rosa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Agua Santa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Tomé Mota showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sami Ozan in the 18th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Agua Santa's Oséas Trigo got a free kick in the 19th minute. Ernani Valladares scored 1-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Arslan Sağan, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Agua Santa's Tomé Mota got control of the ball when Sami Ozan tried to sneak it across the goal line. PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's Sami Ozan got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some careless play in the PreZiDenT SaRuMaN defense, Ernani Valladares kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arslan Sağan. The PreZiDenT SaRuMaN fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arslan Sağan should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ernani Valladares in the 38th minute of play forced PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's goalkeeper Arslan Sağan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frank Rosa took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Arslan Sağan. Arslan Sağan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. In the 47th minute, Ernani Valladares ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Arslan Sağan was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. Agua Santa's Enrique Abreu was substituted for Ernani Valladares. After the first half Agua Santa were leading 1-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Enrique Abreu in the 94th minute of play forced PreZiDenT SaRuMaN's goalkeeper Arslan Sağan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Agua Santa's Oséas Trigo got a free kick in the 95th minute. The Agua Santa supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Agua Santa would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
