Howling Dawn U18's Santos Hori played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baldemar Alonso in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Baldemar Alonso in the 11th minute of play forced Howling Dawn U18's goalkeeper Santos Hori to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zeledon Dino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Damario Navarro kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. A collision led to Howling Dawn U18 getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Godofredo Bordat hit a great ball. In the 24th minute, Juan Bittor ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Quique Contratas was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-0. After 27 played minutes Abeluse Flow got a freekick which was hit by Baldemar Alonso. After a rather tough play, Abeluse Flow's Bastian Coya got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Thanks to some nice moves Romulo Palos could shoot a difficult shot in the 35th minute, which Quique Contratas however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of Abeluse Flow booed when Howling Dawn U18 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ildefonso Guter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Boniel Gandia, 42 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. 45 minutes into the game, Abeluse Flow's Baldemar Alonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Santos Hori made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Fidel Espiridion to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Bittor in the 59th minute of play forced Abeluse Flow's goalkeeper Quique Contratas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Godofredo Bordat was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 63 minutes into the match. After 64 played minutes Howling Dawn U18 got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Bordat. 68 minutes into the match, Fidel Espiridion had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Quique Contratas. Abeluse Flow's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Fidel Espiridion was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. In the 75th minute, Serapio Puyol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Howling Dawn U18's Florencio Fernendo was substituted for Juan Bittor. 87 minutes into the match, Fidel Espiridion notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Abeluse Flow's Quique Contratas. Quique Contratas was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. If Fidel Espiridion had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The Howling Dawn U18 fans' excitement grew in the 92nd match minute when Howling Dawn U18's Fidel Espiridion looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Howling Dawn U18's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
