After a rather tough play, Under 18 Universe's Ümit Akersoy got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Hulusi Berkman kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. In the 10th minute Cristóvão Nascimento shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tahsin Orguntay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Ümit Akersoy struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Dudu de Toledo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Under 18 Universe. Jorginho Peres scored 0-1 in the 13th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tahsin Orguntay, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 16 minutes into the match, Göktuğ Boysel notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Scarlet Speedster's Dudu de Toledo. Dudu de Toledo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 18th match minute, Under 18 Universe was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kadri Coşan to maneuver through the defense. Tahsin Orguntay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Pombal in the 22nd minute of the match. After 25 played minutes Scarlet Speedster got a freekick which was hit by Augusto Branco. Kadri Coşan struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. After having played for 28 minutes, Jânio Guimarães managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Scarlet Speedster's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jânio Guimarães was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Scarlet Speedster's Dudu de Toledo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save Scarlet Speedster from getting a goal against them. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonardo Pombal in the 34th minute of play forced Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper Tahsin Orguntay to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Ümit Akersoy came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Under 18 Universe fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ümit Akersoy couldn't finish the play. Cafu Toledo hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 41st match minute, Scarlet Speedster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Allan Souto to maneuver through the defense. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.
Dudu de Toledo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Kadri Coşan went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Asrın Peyami charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Asrın Peyami the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Asrın Peyami hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. A hard shot by Cristóvão Nascimento from long distance, 54 minutes into the match, got Tahsin Orguntay's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Ümit Akersoy fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dudu de Toledo having to interfere. Júnior da Fonseca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Tahsin Orguntay made a huge save. Dudu de Toledo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hulusi Berkman in the 62nd minute of the match. A collision led to Under 18 Universe getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Asrın Peyami hit a great ball. Júnior da Fonseca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 64th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tahsin Orguntay. Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Tahsin Orguntay made a fantastic save in the 67th minute, when Jânio Guimarães sent off a good shot on target. Jorginho Peres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 70th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tahsin Orguntay having to interfere. Asrın Peyami was shown his second yellow card after 83 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. Asrın Peyami hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. Cristóvão Nascimento took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 85th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Tahsin Orguntay. Under 18 Universe's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Hulusi Berkman took the ball and in the 88 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dudu de Toledo. Dudu de Toledo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-1. In the 93rd match minute, Scarlet Speedster was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cafu Toledo to maneuver through the defense. Dudu de Toledo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Görkem Mümtaz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Under 18 Universe's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
