In the 28th minute, Dalmacio Fernandez left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CON-E-CO fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-1. Characate FC's Rogelio Ferman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dalmacio Fernandez in the 32nd minute of play. The supporters of Characate FC booed when CON-E-CO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Merexildo Cebadilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogelio Ferman was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Garin Cañizares showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 38 minute of play. Carlomagno Agüero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laureano Osorio in the 42nd minute of play. After 45 played minutes CON-E-CO got a freekick which was hit by Fabricio Masseda. Cleto Gizon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 46th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dalmacio Fernandez to strike the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Fernandez in the 52nd minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Rogelio Ferman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 59th minute, Generosb Prat ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Rogelio Ferman was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-1. Characate FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Oriche Galdamiz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Dalmacio Fernandez in the 68th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Rogelio Ferman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 76 minutes into the match, Dalmacio Fernandez notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of Characate FC's Rogelio Ferman. Rogelio Ferman was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rogelio Ferman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dalmacio Fernandez in the 81st minute of play. Rogelio Ferman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bartolome Rosa, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. After some careless play in the Characate FC defense, Dalmacio Fernandez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Rogelio Ferman. The Characate FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Rogelio Ferman should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Garin Cañizares in the 94th minute of play forced Characate FC's goalkeeper Rogelio Ferman to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. CON-E-CO had played much better football throughout.
