The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Matey Trashliev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Manuel Oto went, in the 5th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Maximino Aznaro came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Amboy FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Maximino Aznaro couldn't finish the play. In the 16th minute Filomeno Pio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Matey Trashliev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Amboy FC booed when DARAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nedyalko Berberov didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 20th match minute, DARAS was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Marko Kyulafliev to maneuver through the defense. Matey Trashliev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Bento, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Maximino Aznaro charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Maximino Aznaro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 27 played minutes Amboy FC got a freekick which was hit by Maximino Aznaro. A collision led to Amboy FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Luisito Txanton hit a great ball. After 35 minutes, Alek Rangachev mouthed his way into the referee's book. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Boncho Zhilev made a kick off. Matey Trashliev made a fantastic save in the 61st minute, when Filomeno Pio sent off a good shot on target. Severiano Santo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Boncho Zhilev in the 65th minute of the match. In the 67th minute of the match, Francisco Medina tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matey Trashliev saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Amboy FC's Maximino Aznaro got his second yellow card of the match in the 70th minute. The referee ordered Maximino Aznaro off the ground. In the 71st minute, Maximino Aznaro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 2-1 became the score in the 73rd minute when Boncho Zhilev elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 78 played minutes DARAS got a freekick which was hit by Nedyalko Berberov. Feliciano Rios struck a weak shot in the 79th minute. Matey Trashliev didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amboy FC. The referee ignored DARAS's protests and gave Antim Karamanski a yellow card for diving instead.
