He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in S.C. Reis United reached it. In the 8th minute, Reynaldo Siqueira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amadeu Negri took the ball and in the 11 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Cerezo. Leopoldo Cerezo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Amadeu Negri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Cerezo having to interfere. Leopoldo Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeu Negri, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Amadeu Negri was the one to do the kick off. A collision led to S.C. Amadeu Negri took the ball and in the 59 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Leopoldo Cerezo. If Luisinho Trancoso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpected shot in the 76th minute by Amadeu Negri got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. After 77 minutes, Wellington Braga mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the 100 Chance and the S.C. Reis United players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 78th minute, Wellington Braga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, S.C. Reis United's Reynaldo Siqueira got a free kick in the 82nd minute. When Amadeu Negri fell near the penalty area in the 85th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored S.C. Reis United's protests and gave Amadeu Negri a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of 100 Chance booed when S.C. Reis United was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amadeu Negri didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 87 minutes of play, 100 Chance's Dráuzio Paraíba made it 2-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Luisinho Trancoso took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 95th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Leopoldo Cerezo. 100 Chance's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 96 minutes into the match, 100 Chance's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeu Negri came free, but Leopoldo Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
