After 12 played minutes VERΛ got a freekick which was hit by Paulo Gonzalez. Abel Maldonado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Delmar Bartoleme firmly grabbed it by the left post. A collision led to ⲨⲀⲚⲀ getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Godfredo Firman hit a great ball. Iker Azubeli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paulo Gonzalez in the 36th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 38 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Teobaldo Hegoi sped through ⲨⲀⲚⲀ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Iker Azubeli.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Godfredo Firman to strike the kick off in the second half. With 53 minutes on the clock, Luis Elia commited a dangerous tackle.
