With an all-out effort, Saturno's Inocencio Oinatz threw himself towards the right post 6 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Igor Kaczeniak, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Igor Kaczeniak in the 10th minute of play forced Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's goalkeeper Inocencio Oinatz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 17th play minute Igor Kaczeniak came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Inocencio Oinatz. 1-0. In the 30th minute of the match, Apolo Lauaxeta got a very nice opportunity to score, but Inocencio Oinatz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Saturno's Antonio Roma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Liam Bray in the 36th minute of play. Igor Kaczeniak received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Inocencio Oinatz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 47 played minutes Saturno got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Ugaitz. After 48 played minutes Saturno got a freekick which was hit by Delfim Passos. After a defensive mix-up in Saturno's zone, Hilario Muc stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Roma came out of the goal and Hilario Muc tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The wind increased when Nicolas Satordi made the kick off in the second half. Cristo Hondo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inocencio Oinatz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Apolo Lauaxeta in the 60th minute of play. Saturno's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Emanuel Timo in the 62nd minute. In the 62nd minute, Delfim Passos fired away a free kick at the goal, but hit it at the wrong angle and it went over the crossbar. A sloppy throw-in by Israel Rosio in the 68th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Saturno's André Pihlgren. In the 71st match minute, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Israel Rosio to maneuver through the defense. 72 minutes into the match, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's goal looked a bit too open when Igor Kaczeniak came free, but Inocencio Oinatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Bernardo Ugaitz hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Saturno's Gert Gronden was substituted for Emanuel Timo. After 74 played minutes Saturno got a freekick which was hit by Bernardo Ugaitz. Antonio Roma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristo Hondo in the 76th minute of the match. Antonio Roma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristo Hondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 80 minutes into the match, Adolfo Quintana had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Inocencio Oinatz. Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adolfo Quintana was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. 84 minutes into the match, Olimpo de Bahia Blanca's goal looked a bit too open when Adolfo Quintana came free, but Inocencio Oinatz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 86 minutes into the match, Saturno's goal looked a bit too open when Cristo Hondo came free, but Antonio Roma reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 91 minutes into the match, Saturno's goalkeeper Antonio Roma had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Liam Bray. In the 93rd minute Adolfo Quintana shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inocencio Oinatz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Saturno fans cheered their team off the field, for while Olimpo de Bahia Blanca had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
