Patadura FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Ermanno Ferrini scored to the left of an out of position Jano França, making the score, 1-0. Pico Bădila took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cristian Quintan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 18th minute Cristian Quintan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pico Bădila saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 28 played minutes CA Boca Jrs got a freekick which was hit by Edmondo Frezza. After a rather tough play, CA Boca Jrs's Alvise De Rossi got a free kick in the 32nd minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ermanno Ferrini got free with Jano França in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 37 minutes Patadura FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edmondo Frezza who took care of the corner kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alvise De Rossi in the 38th minute of play forced Patadura FC's goalkeeper Jano França to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jano França made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Enzo Cinalli in the 69th minute of play. In the 70th minute, Jason Manson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. CA Boca Jrs's Emiliano Di Luzio was substituted for Alvise De Rossi. A collision led to Patadura FC getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Jason Manson hit a great ball. 72 minutes into the match, CA Boca Jrs's Edmondo Frezza broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. The Patadura FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jano França should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. CA Boca Jrs had won after a very even match.
