Sandrinho Sabóia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gugu Travassos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Gugu Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kaká Goiano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Sydney Barros tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. AF CERRADO's Sandrinho Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Betão Senna in the 56th minute of play. In the 59th minute Franklin Falcão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandrinho Sabóia saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gugu Travassos in the 63rd minute of play forced AF CERRADO's goalkeeper Sandrinho Sabóia to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Granadero10 booed when AF CERRADO was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Igor Oliveira didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience was convinced that Gugu Travassos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Sandrinho Sabóia was relentless in the 80th minute of the game. Edvaldo Madureira came free with the goalkeeper in the 81st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Sandrinho Sabóia could save by the left post. In the 85th match minute, AF CERRADO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luiz Fabiano Jacinto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Franklin Falcão hit a great ball. 87 minutes into the game, Luizinho Antunes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. AF CERRADO's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Granadero10 the free kick. Luizinho Antunes kicked well hit freekick during the 88th minute of the match.
