In the 22nd minute Angelo Maria shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Günalp Taştan saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Bitelon FC - SAF's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Maria came free, but Günalp Taştan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Waldemar Teles blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Toscano having to make a save. In the 79th minute Dimitris Papaggelatos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Toscano saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 81 minutes, Dimitris Papaggelatos managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Bitelon FC - SAF's supporters crossed their fingers, but Dimitris Papaggelatos was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 84 minutes into the match, Waldemar Teles notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Vascogoianiense FC's Vicente Toscano. Vicente Toscano was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Günalp Taştan made an important save on a dangerous shot by José Paulo de Barros in the 93rd minute.
