Gilberto Trigo started the match with the kick off. After a rather tough play, AF CERRADO's Tomás Schmidt got a free kick in the 2nd minute. Inácio Barbosa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sandrinho Sabóia having to interfere. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Giuseppe Seco hit a great ball. In the 15th match minute, AF CERRADO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luizinho Antunes to maneuver through the defense. When Gilberto Trigo came up free with the goalie in the 16th minute, the Granadero10 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gilberto Trigo couldn't finish the play. A collision led to AF CERRADO getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Igor Oliveira hit a great ball. After 33 minutes AF CERRADO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilberto Trigo who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Gilberto Trigo almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but AF CERRADO's Sandrinho Sabóia did a great save. Sydney Barros stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Kaká Goiano's shot from short distance in the 36th minute. Décio Sena sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gilberto Trigo's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 46thth minute, Sandrinho Sabóia skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal.

AF CERRADO's Sandrinho Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Trigo in the 53rd minute of play. Sandrinho Sabóia showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edmílson Souza in the 64th minute of the match. AF CERRADO's Sandrinho Sabóia played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gilberto Trigo in the 65th minute of play. In the 66th minute, Inácio Barbosa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Granadero10's Gugu Travassos was substituted for Edmílson Souza. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Inácio Barbosa hit a great ball. If Gugu Travassos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sydney Barros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kaká Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Kaká Goiano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sydney Barros having to make a save. A collision led to Granadero10 getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Giuseppe Seco hit a great ball. Granadero10's Sydney Barros proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 84th minute of the match, managed to save Granadero10 from getting a goal against them. Sandrinho Sabóia made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gugu Travassos in the 95th minute of play. After 97 minutes AF CERRADO's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Gilberto Trigo who took care of the corner kick. A nice corner shot did that Gilberto Trigo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sandrinho Sabóia quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. AF CERRADO's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
