In the 3rd minute McDonald Hamburger shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Delfim Bastos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Matias Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleithon Minuhin, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Matias Čech didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cleithon Minuhin went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After having played for 20 minutes, McDonald Hamburger managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's supporters crossed their fingers, but McDonald Hamburger was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in DENVER™'s zone, McDonald Hamburger stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Delfim Bastos came out of the goal and McDonald Hamburger tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. DENVER™'s Delfim Bastos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Celsinho Cardozo in the 24th minute of play. With a little luck, DENVER™'s Delfim Bastos got control of the ball when McDonald Hamburger tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 28th minute, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's McDonald Hamburger dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-1. Conrado Paraibano made in the 32nd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Alfredo Rezende. In the 32nd minute, Doriva Vaz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matias Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cleithon Minuhin, who was totally free with the ball in the 34th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Celsinho Cardozo during the 36th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Diguinho Vargas charged in rather forcefully in the 43rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diguinho Vargas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, DENVER™'s Diguinho Vargas got a free kick in the 43rd minute. 46 minutes into the match, McDonald Hamburger notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of DENVER™'s Delfim Bastos. Delfim Bastos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
In the 53rd minute, McDonald Hamburger left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. If Fabiano Montenegro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matias Čech took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Lira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 67th match minute, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by McDonald Hamburger to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's McDonald Hamburger got a free kick in the 68th minute. Matias Čech was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Adrianinho Negri. 73 minutes into the game, one of DENVER™:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. McDonald Hamburger didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Washington Lira got free with Matias Čech in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 81 minutes into the game, McDonald Hamburger cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Delfim Bastos was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the DENVER™ defense, McDonald Hamburger kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Delfim Bastos. The DENVER™ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Delfim Bastos should have stopped the shot. There was no doubt that ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ were the better team. ҜƗŇǤ ŁƗØŇ Ř€Đ βŁΔĆҜ's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
